Return and Exchange Policy
We at Kudos Kids value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that each item you purchase is exactly what you’re looking for. Please review our return and exchange policy below to ensure a smooth experience.
Return Timeframe
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Items with missing parts or any visible signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for return.
Non-Eligible Items
- The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized items
- Clearance products
- Items purchased during festive discounts or sale events
- Undergarments and socks
Exchange and Refund Policy
- Exchanges are available for size adjustments or damaged items, provided the damage is verified to be on our end.
- Refunds are only issued as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases.
- No return or exchange will be accepted if the item is damaged or missing parts when returned.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund Processing
- Approved returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item, with store credit issued within an additional 7 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inform us immediately with an opening video. We will process an exchange or store credit only if the issue is verified as originating from our end.
